AS RELAÇÕES DE PODER NAS POLÍTICAS SOCIAIS CONTEMPORÂNEAS

Resumo

O presente artigo e? resultado de estudos desenvolvidos em ni?vel de mestrado, em que se analisaram as relac?o?es biopoli?ticas de poder estabelecidas entre as Organizac?o?es da Sociedade Civil (OSCs) e o Estado. A metodologia de pesquisa foi o estudo documental, e os resultados sobre a ana?lise dos documentos estudados demonstram que: a) a partir da investigac?a?o, entende-se que determinadas OSCs reguladas pelo Estado se tornam gerencialistas da realidade social; b) algumas OSCs entram em paradoxo e terminam por reproduzir o que combatem; c) as OSCs cumprem papel importante na consolidac?a?o da democracia e melhoria das condic?o?es de vida da populac?a?o. Nesse aspecto, as OSCs corroboram para a construc?a?o de uma civilizac?a?o mais justa socialmente.

Abstract

This article is the result of studies developed at the master level, which analyzed the biopolitical relations of power established between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the State. The research methodology was the documentary study, and the results on the analysis of the documents studied demonstrate that: a) from the investigation, it is understood that certain CSOs regulated by the State become managers of the social reality; b) some CSOs enter into a paradox and end up reproducing what they are fighting; c) CSOs play an important role in consolidating democracy and improving the living conditions of the population. In this regard, CSOs corroborate the construction of a more socially just civilization.
